 Waiting List Application

The procedure and conditions for a member to obtain a place on the Waiting List for a berth in  Port Cyprium Marina are as follows: -

On receipt of a deposit for the appropriate berth size, the member’s name will be added to the Waiting List for the nominal size of berth requested.  Deposits are the equivalent of one year’s Annual Berth Licence fee for the berth size selected.  A Member may only have his/her name down for a single nominal berth sizeMembers on the Waiting List who later choose to cancel their application before a berth is allocated must give 30 days notice of their request for return of their deposit.The waiting time cannot be predicted – this depends on the number of berths of a particular size, and decisions by current Berth Licence holders in relation to their boats and location.The Annual Berth Licence, when allocated, will be in the name of one member only, not a family or both part-ownersNo individual Member or Family Member will be allowed to have more than one Berth in the

Port Cyprium Marina.

The number of each type of berth and scale of deposits is listed below. When a berth is allocated the amount of the deposit and accumulated interest will be credited towards the fees for the first year of berthing.
